Game Controller for Your Exercise Equipment


RAW FEEDBACK MODE

  • Connect Cyber ExerCycle controller to the PC.
  • Start the LITE setup utility.
  • Click on the CONNECT button.
  • Set the maximum speed to define your exercise effort (how fast do you need to pedal in RPM - revolutions per minute). For example, if you set the maximum speed to 40rpm, your pedaling speed of 40rpm will fully activate the controller output. 10 is the easiest, 185 is the hardest setting.
  • Click on the RAW FEEDBACK MODE button to save the new settings.
  • Close the setup program.

The setup instructions reflect CEC_KIT_PC_LITE.

This mode is NOT supported on CEC_KIT_PC.

CEC_KIT_LITE_PC does not include a joystick. The controller provides pedaling feedback (forward only). In game steering and other controls are done with a secondary game controller or keyboard which require their own configuration.

Cyber ExerCycle Setup Utility

In this mode joystick interface provides direct output each time the pedaling sensor is activated. The pedaling speed needs to be calculated by the end application itself.

The controller outputs a character each time there is a full rotation of the cranks. This feature can be used in such games as Trial Of Trials.

Using MAXIMUM SPEED in Raw FeedbackMode, different characters are generated depending on the setting. This allows easy integration of multiple controllers at the same time or providing feedback as to the current MAXIMUM SPEED setting:

1. 185 RPM setting in Joystick Mode outputs ‘A’ key for forward direction.

2. 145 RPM setting in Joystick Mode outputs ‘S’ key for forward direction.

3. 115 RPM setting in Joystick Mode outputs ‘D’ key for forward direction.

4. 75 RPM setting in Joystick Mode outputs ‘F’ key for forward direction.

5. 40 RPM setting in Joystick Mode outputs ‘G’ key for forward direction.

6. 30 RPM setting in Joystick Mode outputs ‘Z’ key for forward direction.

7. 20 RPM setting in Joystick Mode outputs ‘X’ key for forward direction.

8. 10 RPM setting in Joystick Mode outputs ‘UP’ key for forward direction.


Please note; it takes a minimum of 1 full crank rotation to update the controller output. Maximum frequency of the key presses is approx 3Hz.
